‘Just a different wolf’ is a very short piece that was written for Kathryn Williams as a contribution to her Coming up for Air project.
The material presents itself, to me, as a series of momentary fractal reflections of particular states of being : anxiety, blockage, resistance and release.
The following is a video of Kathryn performing the piece on a different occasion than the recording, which if nothing else demonstrates how completely different it can sound in a different space and time:
